Dr. Mizell is a 1989 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and a former Naval Officer (Lieutenant). A former Hygenist and Dental Assistant, she has received advanced training in "children dentistry" by completing a mini residency at the University of Florida.
Dr. Mizell has lived in Destin since 1974. She is happily married and the mother of two children, Amy (22), and Ivey (13).
